Samsung announced the new Samsung SGH i520 smartphone today at the Symbian Smartphone Show. Along with S60 3rd edition (OS 9.2), the phone sports two cameras for video calling – a 2mp cam at the rear and a VGA cam in the front. Other features include MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA, MPEG4 (H.263 and H.264) and WMV support for audio/video, bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support, USB 2.0 (with mass storage capabilities) and a full HTML browser. The phone will support UMTS/HSDPA/GPRS/EDGE and has 45MB of internal memory and a microsd card slot.
